1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to frequencify.com and emfgone.com (together, the "Site"), which is powered by Shopify. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

3. Access, Account, and Eligibility

To purchase from or use the Site, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) — or have given your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Site on devices you own, purchase, or manage
• Be capable of forming a legally binding contract
• Not be prohibited from purchasing or receiving our products under applicable law
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order, including your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide on the Site is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

4. Products

4.1 Product Description

EMF GONE is a Quantum Resonant Formula. Product descriptions, ingredients, and claims on the Site are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device and display settings, and we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

4.2 Product Disclaimer

THE STATEMENTS MADE ON THIS SITE HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA). OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE.

EMF GONE is a Quantum Resonant Formula. It is not a drug, medicine, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

4.3 Individual Results

Results from using our products may vary. Testimonials and descriptions on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results for every customer.

4.4 Product Availability

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or limit the quantities of any product we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from a product being unavailable after you have placed an order. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Ordering and Payment

5.1 Order Placement

By placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email from us; we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices posted on the Site may differ from prices offered in physical stores or by third-party retailers.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, duties, and other governmental charges imposed on your purchase. Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes.

5.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments (or another Shopify-supported payment method). By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are duly authorized to use the payment method provided, and that charges incurred will be honored by your card issuer. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method provided for the total amount due, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment data is governed by Shopify's terms and privacy policy.

5.5 Order Errors

If you believe there is an error in your order confirmation (wrong product, quantity, or address), contact us immediately at support@frequencify.com. We will do our best to accommodate corrections before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for fulfillment.

5.6 Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be noted at checkout where applicable.

6.2 Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has accepted the shipment. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6.4 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipments due to address errors.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer different guarantees depending on the product type purchased. All refund requests must be submitted to support@frequencify.com with your order number and reason for the request. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with this Section 7.

7.1 Liquid Quantum Resonant Formulas — First-Time Buyer's Guarantee

If this is your first purchase of an EMF GONE liquid formula, you are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

Single jar / 1-month supply:

• You must have taken all dosages as instructed on the label for the full duration of the bottle.
• If you followed the instructions consistently and noticed no difference, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.
• A refund will be issued for the full purchase price of that one bottle.

Bundle purchases (2 or more bottles):

• You may open and use one bottle only following all dosage instructions.
• If you notice no effect within the first 30 days of consistent use, contact us within that 30-day window.
• A refund will be issued for the first month's supply only (equivalent to one bottle).
• All remaining unopened bottles must be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for the refund.
• Bundles where more than one bottle has been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Condition applicable to all liquid formula refund requests:
You must confirm that you followed all dosage instructions as directed. Refund requests where instructions were not followed as prescribed are not covered by this guarantee. We reserve the right to ask clarifying questions to verify compliance before approving a refund.

7.2 Electronic Protection Devices — Two-Part Guarantee

30-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an electronic protection device, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No reason required. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

12-Month Functional Guarantee:
If an electronic protection device fails to function as intended within 12 months of purchase, we will replace or refund it at our discretion. To qualify:

• The product must be returned to us for inspection.
• The failure must be due to a manufacturing or functional defect, not physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

7.3 Return Process

To initiate any return or refund:

1. Email support@frequencify.com with your order number, the product(s) in question, and your reason for the request.
2. We will review your request and provide return instructions if a physical return is required.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
4. Do not ship any product back without first receiving return instructions from us — unsolicited returns may not be processed.

7.4 Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt and inspection (or within 5–10 business days of approval for no-return refunds at our discretion).

7.5 General Conditions

• Refunds are available to first-time buyers of liquid formulas only, as described in Section 7.1. Repeat purchases are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.
• All guarantee periods begin on the date of confirmed delivery.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Section.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, product descriptions, reviews, and software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — is the property of WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone, its affiliates, or its content suppliers, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Site content
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data-gathering or extraction tools
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Site without our prior written consent

Nothing in these Terms grants any license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone, Shopify, or any third party, except as expressly provided herein. Unauthorized use of the Site may violate federal and state intellectual property laws.

8.3 Trademarks

"EMF GONE," the EMF GONE logo, and all related marks are trademarks of WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other names, logos, and marks on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

8.4 User-Submitted Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, ideas, suggestions, or other content or feedback to the Site ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content in any media, for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit such content, that you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, to pay compensation for it, or to respond to it, and we may (but are not obligated to) monitor, edit, or remove content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

9. Optional and Third-Party Tools

You may be provided access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Site, which we neither monitor nor control. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available," without warranties or endorsement of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of them. Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the terms of the relevant third-party provider before use. New features or tools we add in the future are also deemed part of the Site and subject to these Terms.

The Site may also contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or their content, products, or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Complaints regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.

Our platform relies on third-party services including Shopify (hosting and payment processing) and Klaviyo (email and SMS marketing). We are not responsible for service interruptions, data handling practices, or conduct of these providers beyond our contractual agreements with them.

10. Relationship with Shopify

The Site is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our products and services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make on the Site are made directly with WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us.

11. Privacy Policy

All personal information we collect through the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read both policies. Because the Site is hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Site in order to provide and improve it for you; information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and its third parties, which may be located in countries other than where you reside.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unauthorized advertising, spam, "junk mail," "chain letters," or solicitations
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, or intimidate any person
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any related systems
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Collect, track, or harvest personal information about other users without their consent
• Use any robot, spider, scraping, data-gathering or extraction tool, automated or manual process, or AI tool (including agentic AI) to access the Site, except as permitted under Section 13 (Agents)
• Interfere with, bypass, or circumvent any security, authorization, robot-exclusion, or other access-control measures we employ
• Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated any of the above.

13. Agents

13.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with the Site. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, and that can be executed without direct human supervision.

13.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with the Site unless it identifies itself and operates at all times in strict accordance with Section 13.4 below. No Agent may access, use, or interact with the Site if we have requested that it refrain from doing so.

13.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, or interacts with the Site.

13.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves as an Agent and disclose the Agent's name in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the request's user-agent string; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interaction is from an Agent, including by mimicking human behavior or completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or similar measures; (iii) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine whether an interaction is from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Site.

14. Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Site (or any part of it), in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. The following sections survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The information presented on the Site is made available solely for general informational purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information, and any reliance you place on it is strictly at your own risk. We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using our products will meet your expectations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WWWS LLC dba FREQUENCIFY AND EMF GONE, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site or our products
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any content, errors, or omissions obtained from the Site
• Any other matter relating to the Site or our products

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone, Shopify, and each of our and their respective members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Site or our products
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Site

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim; a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

18.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@frequencify.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of notice.

18.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.

Arbitration shall be conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, or via videoconference at either party's election. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property infringement or misappropriation.

18.5 Time Limitation

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.

19. Adverse Event Reporting

If you experience a serious adverse health event that you believe may be related to our product, contact us immediately at support@frequencify.com. Federal law (21 U.S.C. § 379aa-1) requires us to report serious adverse events to the FDA within 15 business days. We will handle such reports with care and in compliance with applicable regulations.

20. Mobile Terms of Service (SMS/Text Messaging)

20.1 Overview

The WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

20.2 Consent to Receive Messages

By consenting to our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

• Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts).
• Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

20.3 Participation Is Voluntary

You do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

20.4 Costs

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

20.5 Opting Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the keyword STOP to +1 (855) 589-7089 or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message, after which no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms.

20.6 Help

20.7 Changes to Short Code or Number

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages — including STOP or HELP requests — you send to a short code or number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

20.8 Carrier Liability and Your Mobile Number

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program again with your new number.

20.9 Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

20.10 Privacy

We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time by posting updates to the Site. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Post the revised Terms on this page
• Notify you of material changes in accordance with applicable law

It is your responsibility to check the Site periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Site.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Ambiguities in these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

23. Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and WWWS LLC dba Frequencify and EMF Gone regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us — including any prior versions of these Terms.

24. Assignment

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt is null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice to you.

25. Headings

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
